I workout to test myself and my mind. It’s my physical test. I’m careful not to be consumed by my pride and vanity . It is To go beyond what I think I can achieve, not expecting anything. It’s a relationship between me and my body. It is a part of my lifestyle. I constantly test myself. There is no such thing as the perfect body, the body changes from time to time. I have learnt to embrace change , the body I have right now. Perfection is an illusion but learning to embrace the imperfections is learning to deal with this imperfect life, there will always be good times and bad times, learn to understand your body, listen to your body, when injury occurs, it’s time to slow down , reflect and take it one step at a time, when you feel bloated or not as cut anymore, time to take care of your diet and etc, do not feel disheartened, accept everything as it is. Remember not to fall into addiction and craving for the endorphins, then it all becomes a habit and repetition , it becomes easy, you become comfortable, then you are not growing, always test yourself, workout conciously , try every kind of workout. The results show in daily life’s challenges , not the physical structure. It’s all one and the same of how you take care of your mind, body and spirit ( I wanted to be as raw as possible in these photos🌈 you can also see my non aluminium , organic deodorant stain 😂😂 and no make up whatsoever ) inspired by @oliviamollyrogers with her recent raw, imperfect photos
